Event Reimbursement

Haverhill Youth Soccer wishes to further promote player development and fun by offering partial reimbursement to teams participating in events that provide additional opportunities for play and instruction. This pertains to teams requesting reimbursement to play in pre-approved tournaments, camps, or clinics.

  • Reimbursement per event is based on a maximum of 50% of the cost of that event up to a capped amount of $100.00.

  • Each team is eligible for reimbursement for up to three events up to a maximum of $300.00 per soccer year (September 1st to August 31st).

  • The majority of a tournament roster must be made up of HYS players.

  • At least 10 HYS players must participate in the camp or clinic.

  • Pre-approval must be obtained from the President.

  • Please allow at least 30 days for approval.

  • In-door soccer sessions do not qualify for this reimbursement.

Upon approval of an event, a coach may submit the signed approval form and a copy of the event registration form/receipt to the Treasurer for reimbursement.
