Youth Leadership Program for Grades 6-12

Open to youths in grades 6-12 who can gain leadership skills and earn volunteer hours.

A HYS Youth Leadership Mentor should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Leadership or willingness to lead

  • Good sportsmanship

  • Love for the game of soccer

  • Willing to commit to at least 4 hours of volunteering during the season

Youth mentors must be professional, demonstrate good sportsmanship and uphold the mission of Haverhill Youth Soccer.

Coach Mentor

Coach Mentors will provide coaching assistance for tot and development teams. Each youth mentor will be paired with at least one adult volunteer coach.

Field Volunteer

Volutneer at the information table, direct players and families to fields, clean up the field and assist with non-coaching duties, as needed.
